Trainings are back at UQ!
Trainings are starting up again at UQ with Monday Night trainings returning to a new time from 7pm to 9pm. Sessions are designed to accomadate for all levels from beginners to advanced players. It is the perfect time to learn a new sport and make some new friends!

UQ have gone back-to-back at UniSport Div 1 2019 - 28th Sept to 3rd October 2019:
The Australian UniSport Nationals Division 1 titles were recently held on the Gold Coast from the 28th of September to the 3rd of October. Our UQ team were looking to go back-to-back in this competition as the winners from the 2018 edition. In this years competition, there were 11 universities taking part to eventually become the 2019 champions. Our team went through the group stages of this competition with 3 wins and a draw which saw them play UC (University of Canberra) in the quarter finals then USC (University of Sunshine Coast) in the semis. After taking down these 2 teams, we were match against UTS in the gold medal match!
Congratulations to our UniSport Nationals Div 1 representatives on their successful title defence! Our players put on a show taking down UTS in a gold medal rematch 27-17. Looking forward to another great contest next year! This is the second year in a row that the UQ handball team have taken out the Division 1 title, lets make it 3 in a row in 2020!
